JUNIOR GOLF DEVELOPMENT

Hank Haney Golf offers three levels of instruction specifically tailored for the Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced golf students.

BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE INSTRUCTION - at Vista Ridge location only

This program is for kids ages 4-15 to introduce them to the game of golf.  These 6 week programs are offered in fall, winter, and spring to go along with the Hank Haney summer camps and clinics.  Kid and junior golfers will learn the basics for full swing, pitching, chipping and putting in a fun, friendly, positive environment.  Rules and etiquette are a part of each weekly group lesson.  Groups are formed by age and ability.  A gift and small rewards are a part of the program fee.  In addition to the program a family event is offered and each program ends with a tournament designed just for kid and junior golfers.
   
Beginner Instruction:  Ages 4-9.  Student/Instructor Ratio 5:1.
Junior Instruction:  Ages 9-15.  Student/Instructor Ratio 5:1

Open Sessions Schedule:

    Fall:  September – November 
    Winter:  January - March 
    Spring:  March - May 
    Summer Camps and Clinics:  June – August
    (Weekly groups are established by first enrollees) 

Below are days and times offered for weekly one hour lessons (summer excluded):

    Mon-Fri:   3:30 pm, 4:45 pm and 6:00 pm 
    Friday:     Preschool golfers available upon request, 11:30 am & 12:30 pm 
    Sat-Sun:  1:00 pm, 2:15 pm and 3:30 pm  

Price:  Program fee is between $130 - $150 depending on the program and the special gift chosen to give to each young golfer.

ADVANCED INSTRUCTION
This coed program is especially tailored for those golfers with aspirations of moving their game to the next level.  Special attention is given to swing development, course management and developing a positive competitive attitude.  Mental, physical and technical aspects of the game will be addressed.

Fifteen hours of weekly instruction is available and includes full swing with video analysis, pitching, chipping, putting, bunkers along with course play and course management strategies.

Individual daily curriculum is designed for each golfer.
